- Emerald City – Located opposite Aurobindo hospital near Super corridor, Infosys, TCS on Indore-Ujjain highway with plot prices starting from Rs.4000 Rs per sft.
Talawali Chanda (Dewas Naka)
- Sai City – Located in Talawali Chanda, the plots are available in 600 sft to 800sft sizes at Rs.1600 per sft. including registry cost.
- Singapore Green View Premium – This township connects you directly to Vijay Nagar via Dewas Naka. The project offers well planned residential plots with dimensions ranging from 20 ft x 50 ft, 30 ft x 50 ft, 20 ft x 40 ft, 40 ft x 60 ft, and others. Indore Bypass (East Indore)

- Anand Vihar (Khandwa Road, Morod Phata) – A residential township spread over 53 acres of secured gated campus, has 18m and 9m wide main and branch roads respectively. With a beautiful landscape and multiple amenities, the township is offering plots ranging from 800 sft to 1500 sft at a price starting from Rs.1120 per sft.
Rau/Bijalpur/AB Road
- Treasure Fantasy – Spread over 200 acres of land, this township offers a variety of gardens, temples, fountains, and also a small lake. Treasure Fantasy, a fully integrated township, is located on CAT- Rau Road, adjoining RRCAT. It offers plots of 1000sft at Rs.2800 to Rs.3500 per sft.

- Avasa – Avasa Avenue is one of the popular residential developments in Bijalpur, project extension works are still under progress and the township offers plots in sizes ranging from 1000sft to 1680sft at Rs.4800 per sft.
Super Corridor & Airport
- Emaar Indore Greens – Emaar Properties, known for developing the world’s tallest tower Burj Khalifa, inked a joint venture with the MGF group to enter India in 2005. The township is spread over 125.00 acres with a provision for many hi-end utilities such as Landscaped Garden, Club House, Health Facilities, Gymnasium, and Play Area. Plots starting from the land area of 1000sft can be bought at Rs.3100 per sft. Located at a 6-minute drive from the Indore airport the township lies on Super Corridor extension which is presently under construction.
- Saffron City Extension – Developed by Jaiswal Builders it lies 2km to the west from TCS square, this township offers plots starting from 600 sft at Rs.1850 per sft. There are some additional costs that the developer will charge from you like, MPEB (at Rs.65 per sft), clubhouse (Rs.30,000 LS), and maintenance (at Rs.0.50 /sft / month). The colony development works are under progress and also the approach roads are still under construction, thus this area is a hot spot for investors right now because, for most of the townships in this locality, possession will still take 3-4 years from now.
