- Saffron City Extension – Developed by Jaiswal Builders it lies 2km to the west from TCS square, this township offers plots starting from 600 sft at Rs.1850 per sft. There are some additional costs that the developer will charge from you like, MPEB (at Rs.65 per sft), clubhouse (Rs.30,000 LS), and maintenance (at Rs.0.50 /sft / month). The colony development works are under progress and also the approach roads are still under construction, thus this area is a hot spot for investors right now because, for most of the townships in this locality, possession will still take 3-4 years from now.
