Introduction

As unique as the project name might sound, this is a perfect way to describe this little love nest. Comfortable like this sofa and yet stylish is how the fam needed this place to be. Designed to their comfort, this house speaks about their taste, their lifestyle, their values, and their life together. Let’s see how it turned out to be.

This project is rather dear to us. Our Beloved clients were enthusiastic and thoroughly engaged in the design and execution of this project. Each room has its unique feel. The Bedrooms have been designed considering the taste and Style of the occupants. Still, the overall vibe of the place remains calm and peaceful.

The Foyer

The entryway to this home is simply ravishing. Decorated with warm lights, Kabila artifacts and a variety of plants the foyer simply invites you in.

In the Indian Household, we don’t bring shoes in. so our foyer has a beautifully designed shoe console. Keeping in mind that the area is semi-open, we have used material that can tolerate the weathering. We have used seamless tiles in the main entrance wall for easy maintenance. The shoe cabinet is made of PVC which is waterproof and termite-proof. The console is topped with quartz for hassle-free maintenance and cleaning.

The beautiful greenery, kabila artifact, the Jodhpuri chairs, and the manja give that Midas touch in bringing Rajasthan into this space.

The Living Room

The minimalistic soothing interior of the living–dining room is all tied together with the star highlight “The Blue Sofa”. Designed to specific needs and utility, this furniture became the absolute family favorite instantly. From get-togethers to a lazy movie night this comfy sofa serves it all. The calming neutral beige palette of the walls and grey curtains give an elegant ambiance to the space, while the couch is just the cherry on top.

On entering the living room, the wall you see has a PU wall panel with MDF molding, decorated with a customized oil painting in the center. On the round Rug, the European-style nested center tables add to the monotonous color palettes of the room and the beautiful pink chairs balance the living area.

TV Console

Opposite the sofa, we have this beautiful TV console designed with minimalistic storage.

We have an Acrylic and mirror pattern, paired with textured wallpaper, SS strips, and beautiful pendant lights to make the space look stylish and elegant.

The Dining

In the dining area, we have used beautiful PVC fluted panels to highlight the Dining portion, maintaining the wooden tone of the room.

The Verticle panels running from the wall to the ceiling create a warm little nook creating a contrast from the monopoly of beige walls.

The floor is also separated with two different kinds of flooring to mark the territory of independent living and dining areas.

Crockery Cabinet + The Arch

This gigantic wall crockery unit is a must-have. Utilizing the maximum space that we can for effective storage, we have designed this unit as a partition between the Dining and the Kitchen area. On the right half of this unit, we have full-height storage with drawers and shelves at the bottom and Mirrored glass storage at the top. On the left side, we have a service platform, with counter lighting for serving in the dining area. The beautiful traditional crockery unit uses a mirrored back to give that illusion of a big endless room. Elegant color palette topped with a beautiful cornice this unit is wholesome after all.

The basin visible from the dining space is designed in such a manner that the placement doesn’t feel odd; instead, it highlights the corner. This arch-themed corner has a real stone wall panel and an arched corner table top with a round black basin. The rustic pendant light over the Gunmetal tap and the half-arched mirror accentuates this little corner space.

Master Bedroom

A renovation project often limits the design scope because of the pre-planned room layouts, but we have tried to suit our clients will. We have used a calm beige-coffee palette in the room, with nothing too bright popping up. On the Right side, we have turned the offset into Floor-to-ceiling wardrobes. A subtle wallpaper on the left highlights the large wall and beautiful linen curtains complete the look.

The clients like to read on the bed, so we added retractable side tables that won’t block the planter in the window. And, the cushioned bed back reclines at a particular angle just adding to the comfort.

The Bachelor Pad

Designed in a contemporary theme this room took everybody’s heart at once. Glass wardrobe, window seating, the dressing area- everything about this room screams “swanky”. From the warmth of wooden floors to the wooden detail in the window, the leather bed bench, and the bright patterned wallpaper this room had the best of everything. A perfect bachelor pad is what it is.
Without making the place feel stuffy, we have designed the storage so that it adds to the aesthetics of the space. To the extreme Left, we have designed a lazy low seating by the window. Wooden paneling with a raw pendant light gives a comfortable feel to the corner. A romantic corner, for a warm cup of coffee and a book on a rainy day. In the middle, we have the highlight of this room: the glass wardrobe with tinted brown glass. This unit has a built-in wardrobe light to make the use more comfortable. To the extreme right, we have a dresser unit, with a floating drawer and a side storage unit.

BOHO LUV

My personal favorite. The room has it all.

We would describe this room as creative, colorful, pattern-full, peaceful, graceful, and full of life. Designed in a bohemian theme, this room screams about the creative self occupying it. The style embraces a carefree lifestyle, beauty, and organized chaos. The blues, the pinks, and the patterns of this room are heartful.

Without compromising on storage space, we have designed ample space. The room has a full floor-to-ceiling wardrobe, bed storage, a concealed iron wardrobe, and storage under the window seating. This room might look and feel free-style but it has extreme details.

The beautiful wall lamp, with the utmost clarity of the glass, and the effect of light are simply lovely. The detail on the back panel and to break that monotony, the stripes on the backrest, all the colors, patterns, and greens, this chaos brings peace to this room.

The Boho style is a free-spirited design form. It has no rules and no bounds. It mixes different styles, patterns, cultures, colors, etc. The aesthetic emphasizes organic elements and nature. This style is deeply rooted in self-love, art, and nature and that’s what we wanted to bring in.

Kitchen

Where all the mom magic happens. Shifting from a traditional old kitchen to a new modular kitchen the intention is always to make the working experience hassle-free. The functionality of such spaces matters but so does the design and feel. In this new modular kitchen the clients wanted the kitchen to be very functional but at the same time wanted it to feel warm and traditional.
Here we have used Routed European Shutters, with all modern hardware to make the working smooth. Keeping in mind the requirements, each and every cabinet is designed as per clients’ needs. We didn’t want to use more wall storage as it is very tiring to use shelves over our height, So we have added a mechanized pantry unit to bring all that storage space at our convenience. Along with the pantry we have provided a roll-top unit for placing the appliances. Attached to the kitchen unit there is a utility area planned in the rear for taking care of all other odd jobs.

Puja Room+Study+Guest Room

In this all-in-one room, each corner is something. With 100% space utilization, this room serves as a Puja room, an office space, a lounge area, and a guest room.
The client didn’t want this room to be stuffed with furniture or be a fourth bedroom. So, we designed a sofa cum bed, only to be converted when required.

With a simple pull, the sofa converts into a bed and the lounge transforms into a cozy guest bedroom. Here in this room, we have made a full wall storage with a sliding mechanism to save the circulation space, and attached to it is a concealed office unit comprising a Computer system, a printer rack, file storage, and office supply storage all concealed to give the room a tidier look.

The concealed office space keeps all the office mess in, increasing the functionality of this room by tenfold. No files on the table, no papers, and no pens, everything just goes away with a simple closing of a shutter.

The Puja space is the key highlight. The serene mandir with Ram Darbar just lightens the aura of this room. The Mandir unit has a backlit acrylic panel, floating shelves for placing idols, a CNC cut Mehrab, a stepped top to separate it from the ceiling, and a drawer & shelves for storage.

Designing a space holds great responsibility. Understanding Ergonomic designing and planning a space accordingly is very important.

This house has been shaped to the client’s needs for their comfort and convenience while maintaining the luxury and grandeur of the house.

With gratitude in our hearts, we are incredibly thankful to our clients for making us a part of this project.
